Today the Supervisory Board of Neschen AG decided to appoint Dr. Norbert Dieterich the second Member of the Board of Directors as of August 1st 2008. A Speaker of the Board was not nominated.
With conclusion of the new contract, ending December 31st 2011, Dr. Dieterich will mainly be responsible for the strategic projects and their short-term finalisation. Furthermore he will be responsible for production, logistics, research & development, quality management as well as personnel and IT.
