Development Kits for MIFARE-, HITAG-, I-Code- and EM4102

    Minden, Germany (ots) - ZeitControl cardsystems GmbH offers development kits for RFID based systems. Within the kits, ZeitControl's OEM devices are used and integrated into a development environment. By using the development kits, time-to-market can be greatly reduced.

    At present, the following RFID systems are supported by a development kit:

    - MIFARE systems (13.56 MHz) or     - EM4102, EM4050, HITAG 1 and HITAG 2 systems (125 kHz) or     - I-Code systems

    The development kits consist of a ready-to-use reader/writer device in desktop housing, with power supply and all cables needed. The SDK, several sample RFID tags in various physical shapes and a printed documentation are included as well.

    Professional BasicCard ZC5.5 with DES, AES and ECC

    Professional BasicCard ZC5.5 supports DES (up to 112 bits), AES (up to 256 bits) and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (167 bits). AES is intended as successor of DES as symmetric encryption method. It supports a block length of 128 bits and key lengths of 128, 192 and 256 bits. AES encryption offers excellent security features, especially with smart cards. BasicCard ZC5.5 supports T=0 and T=1 protocols.

    There is a BasicCard Development Kit available at ZeitControl cardsystems GmbH. It consists of a smart card reader and various BasicCards. The documentation is included in printed form, the compiler and debugger is included on CD ROM. Both the documentation and the compiler and debugger can be downloaded from http://www.basiccard.com.
