Dietmar Kurz, the present Chief Executive Officer of Winkler+Dünnebier AG, Neuwied, is to leave the company with immediate effect by mutual consent due to opposing points of view with the Supervisory Board concerning the company's business. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Kurz for the contribution he has made to the company. At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board appointed Stephan Seifert as acting Chief Executive Officer until a successor is appointed. Mr. Seifert is also Member of the Executive Board of Körber PaperLink GmbH, Hamburg. Dr. Manfred Kühn will remain Chief Financial Officer of Winkler+Dünnebier AG.
