ATON GmbH today has published according to § 14 para. 3 sentence 1 of the German Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act (WpÜG) the offer document concerning the public mandatory offer of ATON GmbH to all shareholders of W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG, Ludwigsstadt/Germany - SIN 663739/ISIN DE0006637390 - and afterwards according to § 14 para. 4 of the German Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act has transmitted the offer document to the Management Board of W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG.
ATON GmbH offers a reward of EUR8.00 for each no-par bearer share of W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE AG with a nominal value of EUR1.00. The acceptance period for the offer began on June 18, 2007 and will end on July 16, 2007. The complete offer document is available on the web page of ATON GmbH at www.aton.de (only German).
After diligent examination, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board will publish a well-founded Statement according to § 27 par 1 article 1 WpÜG concerning the mandatory offer.
