Pursuent to Section 21, Paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) the ATON GmbH, Germany, has notified us on February 7, 2007 that the proportion of voting rights in our company exceeded the 3 percent threshold on January 26, 2007 and that since that date it has held 3.99 percent of the voting rights (corresponding to 359,100 voting rights). Since February 5, 2007, the ATON GmbH, Germany, holds 4.20 percent of the voting rights (corresponding to 378,000 voting rights).
