Erlangen, 28 March 2007. On today’s scheduled supervisory 
board-meeting of november AG, a biotech development and investment 
holding in Erlangen, Germany (ISIN DE0006762909) Mr Reinhard Schüren 
as CEO and Ms. Astrid Dickert as CFO, announced that they have 
amicably agreed upon their resignation with the supervisory board 
effective 31st March 2007. The supervisory board unanimously 
appointed Dr. Claus Müller effective 01.04.2007 as new CEO until 
31.03.2010. Dr. Müller will also be responsible for the new executive
department  "Sales & Marketing". As further members of the company’s 
executive board, the supervisory board appointed  Mr. Jürgen Haegele 
as CFO until 30.09.2007 and Prof. Dr. Dr. Hans Alois Dresel (research
& development) until 31.03.2010, both effective 01.04.2007.
