Alfred T. Ritter, Chairman of the supervisory board of Solar-Fabrik AG (ISIN: DE0006614712) indicated that he will resign from the supervisory board on Sept. 30, 2010. He declares that he has no intention to withdraw his shareholding position and that his decision is purely driven by his limited time budget available for his positions at Alfred Ritter GmbH & Co KG and other companies. He considers Solar-Fabrik AG well positioned for the future after successful restructuring. The supervisory board with its Chairman Alfred T. Ritter was instrumental during this period by establishing a new executive management.

The executive management team at Solar-Fabrik AG regrets the decision and wants to thank Alfred Ritter for his longstanding support. The executive team will immediately file for completion of the supervisory board at the Amtsgericht Freiburg in order to retain the supervisory board operational until the election at the next shareholders´ meeting.
