Logitech International SA was notified according to art 20 SESTA by FMR LLC ( " FMR "), 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, MA 02109, USA and its direct and indirect subsidiaries. FMR is the parent holding company of Fidelity Management & Research Company and Fidelity Management Trust Company.
FMR crossed the 5% threshold in share capital of Logitech International SA. FMR announced currently holding 9'745'093 shares of Logitech International SA (representing 5.09% of the voting rights of the company). The shares are indirectly held by funds managed by FMR.
