Die Master Synergy Limited, Suite 701, 7/F, 6-8 Pottinger Street, Central, Hong
Kong Aston Nash Limited AG, Malleseon Stephan Jaques 37th Floor, Two
international Finance Centre 8 Finance Street, Central Hong Kong, hat uns gemäß
§ 20 Abs. 5 AktG mitgeteilt, dass sie nicht mehr mit einem Viertel an den
Anteilen der Tantalus Rare Earths AG beteiligt ist.

Die Aston Nash Limited AG*, Malleseon Stephan Jaques 37th Floor, Two
international Finance Centre 8 Finance Street, Central Hong Kong, hat uns gemäß
§ 20 Abs. 1 AktG mitgeteilt, dass sie mit 1.146.229 Stückaktien an der Tantalus
Rare Earths AG und damit mit mehr als einem Viertel an den Anteilen beteiligt
ist. 

Des Weiteren hält Herr Rigoll 25.171 Stückaktien an der Tantalus Rare Earths AG
im Privatbesitz.
