EBIT of the financial year 2003 exceed the prospects (E)

Preliminary calcualtions show that e-m-s new media AG (WKN 521280 /
ISIN DE0005212807) has exceeded its hitherto forecasted results. In
the fiscal year 2003 the results amount to 1.02 million Euro (2002:
-5.06 million Euro). Therewith, the positive trend of the first three
quarters could also affirmed for the total fiscal year.

The EBIT amount to 1.31 million EURO in 2003 (2002: -10.19 million 
Euro), which represent 9.2 percent of the sales revenues. The
forecasted EBIT-margin was 5 percent.

The consolidated sales revenues amount to 14.27 million Euro in 2003
(2002: 10.71 million Euro). This means an increase by 33 percent in
comparison with 2002.

For the financial year 2004 the management expects at least
consolidated sales revenues of 19 million Euro and an EBIT of 2.6
million Euro.
