Boston, London and Paris (ots)

Netonomy, the global leader in e-Care and e-Commerce solutions for
the wireless communications industry, today announces a software
supply and implementation agreement with Orange UK, the UK's most
popular mobile phone service.
The agreement will enable Orange UK to use the MyNetonomy Channel
Activator to develop a self-service portal for Orange Retail staff

year, is designed to allow retailers to activate new subscriber

MyNetonomy Channel Activator will allow Orange UK to improve the
customer support it provides through its channel partners as well as
reduce the cost of acquiring and migrating customers by streamlining
the sales process.
Duncan Beard, head of Channel Marketing at Orange UK said: "Orange
is continually seeking improvement in how we support our retailers
and channel partners, so we can provide our customers with the best
possible service."
He added: "Orange needed a solutions provider with a proven track
record of scalability and reliability; Netonomy provided a
comprehensive packaged solution that satisfied our requirements."
John Ball, CEO of Netonomy said, "Orange has always been
associated with outstanding service, innovation and choice. We are
proud that Orange has chosen Netonomy to help further develop its
