Finisar Systems Forms European Union Distribution Center
SUNNYVALE, CA (ots)
Finisar Systems, a division of Finisar Corporation (NASDAQ: FNSR) specialising in SAN and LAN performance tools, announced today the formation of its European Union Distribution Centre. Located in the United Kingdom, Finisar Systems (Europe) will deliver the breadth of LAN and SAN monitoring and analysis solutions to corporations throughout Europe.

Finisar has operated globally since it shipped its first Fibre Channel Protocol Analyser in 1996. The company began selling in Europe at the same time it started U.S. sales. Laky Hothi, Finisar Manufacturing Representative GCH Test and Computer Services Ltd. for the region, has been named Managing Director of Finisar Systems Europe. Laky brings a vast amount of experience managing international companies in the European market most recently 8+ years with GCH Test and Computer Services Ltd.
