1. FORIS AG's Supervisory Board has dismissed Mr. Müller-Güldemeister from his office as a member of the Managing Board with immediate effect.
2. At the same time, the Supervisory Board stated that it has placed its full trust in Dr. Rollmann, who had originally resigned his position effective today, and has asked him to continue to conduct the company's business and has again appointed him as a member of the Managing Board.
