Goldbach Group withdraws from Russia
Küsnacht-Zurich, June 4th, 2014. The Goldbach Group, the leading
advertising logistics provider for the marketing of private electronic,
mobile and interactive media and online marketing in the DACH region,
Central Eastern Europe and the Adriatic region, withdraws from Russia with
the sale of Goldbach Interactive Russia.
The Goldbach Group decided to sell Goldbach Interactive Russia, which had a
turnover of CHF 3 million in 2013, to a Russian internet company due to the
difficult market environment in Russia and the unsatisfactory growth in
business. The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price. No
significant impact on business results in 2014 is expected as a result of
the market exit.
