Klaus Kappeler passes the baton to Michi Frank in early 2014
Küsnacht-Zurich, December 20th, 2013. Klaus Kappeler, CEO of Goldbach
Group, has decided to leave the Goldbach Group and transfer the operational
management of the company to his successor Michi Frank at the beginning of
the new financial year, on 1 January 2014. The handover of the various
management areas to the new CEO announced in April 2013 has been
successfully completed. Klaus Kappeler will continue to be available to
Goldbach in the context of board mandates for selected operating companies
and as a consultant on strategic issues. The board of directors of Goldbach
Group would like to thank Klaus Kappeler for the successful establishment
and development of the Goldbach Group into the leading Swiss advertising
logistics service provider over the past 25 years.
