Haarlem, The Netherlands - Lycos Europe N.V. (ISIN NL0000233195) 
today announced the disposal of its Swedish business unit Yarps 
Network AB.

For a purchase price less shareholders' equity of about EUR 2 million
Yarps Network AB was sold to a Swedish limited liability company.
