MAN OIL GROUP AG: ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT 2013
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2013
Zug, Swiss, 23 July 2014, Man Oil Group AG ("MOG" or the "Company") would
like to announce that the previous press release and figures released
should be taken as preliminary results.
Fully audited results have been corrected and the Company's audited annual
financial statements for year ended 31st December 2013 (collectively, the
"2013 Annual Financial Statements") are with immediate effect published to
the market.
