Karlsruhe, July 24, 2008. Kizoo AG (ISIN: DE000CMBT111), Karlsruhe, 
today published its results for the first half-year 2008. The 
realignment of the business activities, which in addition to the 
existing focal areas are to encompass investments in young technology
companies, more particularly in the fields of online services and 
communication products, develops on schedule and within the framework
of the announcements made.
The earnings before tax for the second quarter amounted to EUR 10.4 
million (Q1/2008: EUR -1.6 million; Q2/2007: EUR 3.3 million). It was
primarily marked by the dividend on the 22.2 million United Internet 
shares held in the amount of EUR 4.4 million and one-off earnings of 
EUR 7.1 million from the sale of one million United Internet shares.
With depreciations and amortizations of EUR 1.3 million during the 
first half 2008 the EBITDA, i.e. the earnings before interest, taxes,
depreciation and amortization amounted to EUR -3.1 million 
(Q1-Q2/2007: EUR -11.7 million). On a quarterly basis the EBITDA for 
Q2/08 amounted to EUR -1.1 million (Q1/2008: EUR -1.9 million).
For the full year 2008 the company currently anticipates earnings of
approximately EUR 6 million.
