Erlangen, 01 December 2006. Today, the main insolvency proceedings
over the assets of the Erlangen based development and holding company
november AG (ISIN DE0006762909) have been opened by the local court
of Fürth. Attorney-at-law Volker Böhm, of firm Schultze & Braun, has
been appointed as insolvency administrator. He has already led the
proceedings in the preliminary phase and carried on negotiations with
miscellaneous potential investors. In the meantime, the insolvency
administrator has concluded a contract with a concrete investor, the
Biomed group located in Freiburg, an enterprise known in the
biotechnology and diagnostic sector, on the continuation of november
group as a whole, consisting of november AG and the subsidiaries
identif GmbH, directif GmbH, and PEQLAB Biotechnologie GmbH.
Insolvency proceedings are to be terminated by beginning of 2007 by
means of an insolvency plan. This would not, of course, concern
PEQLAB.
An insolvency plan, which will render possible a speedy termination
of the proceedings, will be established within the next few weeks.
