Board position changes -- Stephan Grell to become Management Board member for Sales/Marketing - Thomas Dehler resigns (E)

Effective as of January 1, 2004 the Supervisory Board of InfoGenie
Europe AG (ISIN: DE0007472060) has appointed Mr. Stephan Grell (aged
36) as Management Board member responsible for Sales/Marketing. Apart
from Mr. Grell, Mr. Jochen Hochrein remains responsible for
Administration/Technology on the company’s Board of Management.
In the past decade, among other things Stephan Grell was a founding
shareholder of net communications GmbH, Kirch New Media AG and had a
holding in net sales GmbH, of which he contributed his 50 per cent
participation as a non-cash contribution in exchange for shares in
InfoGenie Europe AG in the 4th quarter of 2003. In addition, Stephan
Grell has been appointed General Manager of the InfoGenie subsidiary
Click2Pay GmbH acquired in the course of a non-cash capital
contribution. Jochen Hochrein was also appointed General Manager of
the UK subsidiary InfoGenie UK Ltd.
The Management Board agreement of Mr. Thomas Dehler (the past CEO)
will expire on December 31, 2003 and will not be renewed.
