Hannover / Germany, 24/04/2012. In order to include the plan adjustments
resulting from the reorientation initiated along with the internal
reorganisation in the Annual Report for 2011, Hoeft & Wessel AG has now
specified 30 May 2012 as the new date for publication. The quarterly report for
2012 will also be published on the same day. The Annual General Meeting has
been postponed to 26 July 2012.
