today the validation of its long-term relationship with UnitedHealthCare as
evidenced by the completion of a new, follow-on major national agreement as an
In-Network Preferred Provider with UnitedHealthcare and its affiliates,
effective May 1, 2012. LifeWatch is one of only two UnitedHealthcare National
Preferred vendors for Cardiac Monitoring Services and one of UnitedHealthcare's
National Providers for Home Sleep Testing.

UnitedHealthcare (UHC) provides coverage to approximately 70 million Americans,
of which 9 million are Medicare Advantage members and 3 million are Medicaid
replacement members. The UHC nationwide network includes 595,000 physicians and
other health care professionals. The new agreement with LifeWatch covers all
standard cardiac event monitoring and home sleep testing services. LifeWatch is
also the sole In-Network provider for UHC's Medicare members for ambulatory
cardiac telemetry (ACT).
