Cologne, September 9, 2010

Today, november AG and alpha Vermögensverwaltungs- und 
Beteiligungsmanagement GmbH & Co. KG signed a letter of intent for 
the aquisition of 100% of the shares of neeb & partner GmbH, 
Darmstadt. The acqusition shall be executed within the next few weeks
through a capital increase against contribution in kind of a lower 
six-figure sum.

With the acquisition of neeb & partner GmbH the november AG expands 
its core competence with a specialized software and consulting 
company with focus on management systems for processes and documents 
in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Laboratories, scientific 
institutions and research institutes as well as the industrial 
research employ these systems for documentation and mapping of 
processes and workflows within quality assurance frameworks, 
certification and approval procedures. Customer references of neeb & 
partner include, inter alia, Aventis, Boehringer Ingelheim, Axal AG, 
Merck KGaA.
