KA Finanz AG expects the cross-border merger by dissolution without 
liquidation of Kommunalkredit International Bank Limited, with its 
headquarters and place of business at Berengaria Building, 25 Spyrou 
Araouzou Street, 3036 Limassol, Cyprus, as the transferring entity, 
into its sole shareholder KA Finanz AG, with its headquarters and 
place of business at Türkenstrasse 9, 1092 Vienna, as the absorbing 
entity (merger by absorption), to be entered into the Register of 
Companies at the Commercial Court of Vienna and to become legally 
effective - subject to approval by the supervisory authorities and 
actual registration - presumably on 18 September 2010.
