The member of the supervisory board, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Meinhard Lukas 
will resign from the supervisory board by the end of August.

In the course oft an annual general meeting (AGM), PT Automotive 
Consulting GmbH (as shareholder) intends to propose Dr. Gerhard 
Wildmoser as substitute for the resigned member of the supervisory 
board.
