AI Airports International Limited
has sold all its TAV shares

Jersey/Vienna, 27 May 2009 - The Board of Directors of AI Airports 
International Limited announces the sale of all of its shares in 
Turkish airport operator TAV Havalimanlari Holding A.S. (TAV). The 
company received EUR 62.8 million for its stake which it sold in 
several market priced transactions over the last several weeks. AI 
Airports International Limited had held 10.1% of TAV prior to these 
sales. The sale of these shares was in accordance with the 
shareholders mandate from the EGM of 22 April 2009.
