Berke MMC the subsidiary of Suisse Tunc Holding
AG in Azerbaijan has renewed the CW (civil work) contract  with 
Azerfon on the 06.08.2008(Address : 2 Alatava Str. Baku - A2 1102 
Azerbaijan Phone : 00994 12 444 07 30 Fax : 00994 12 444 07 34 ).

The new contract prices are revised according to the market 
conditions.  Only through this contract which is prolonged until the 
end of 2008 , Berke MMC is expecting to generate a turnover of US $ 
7.500.000.- in the current year.

Tunc Holding AG has been founded in November 2007 and provides 
through its seven subsidiaries engineering and support services in 
the area of telecommunications systems. The Tunc Holding subsidiaries
are active in eleven countries in Asia Minor, Western and Central 
Asia as well as in Eastern Europe. Tunc Telekomünikasyon A.S. as 
operational nerve centre of the group is located in Ankara, Turkey. 
The Turkish subsidiary operates as highly qualified provider in the 
GSM sector since 1992. The broad range of services includes from site
survey and infrastructure to the erection and maintenance of 
telecommunications systems. Since 1996, the activities have been 
continuously expanded to include the area of electricity distribution
systems with associated services, renewable energy and internet 
technology.
