Plus Telekom Ukraine, the Ukranian subsidiary of Tunc Holding AG, has emitted an offer in the scope of a bid for site swap and new sites implementations in Ukraine.

The project owner is LLC Astelit Life (03110,
Solemenskaya Bulvari, No:11 Kiev, Ukraine +380 44 233 90 00, 
www.life.com.ua) and the project comprises, total of 1500 site swap 
and 1500 turnkey sites. The project is expected to take start late 
2008 and finish 2011. Total value of the project is around $150 mil. 
The result of the bidding is expected to be announced in September 
2008. Plus Telekom Ukraine has high hopes to be part of the project.

Tunc Holding AG has been founded in November 2007 and provides 
through its seven subsidiaries engineering and support services in 
the area of telecommunications systems. Tunc Telekomünikasyon A.S. as
operational nerve centre of the group is located in Ankara, Turkey. 
The Turkish subsidiary operates as highly qualified provider in the 
GSM sector since 1992. The Tunc Holding subsidiaries are active in 
twelve countries in Asia Minor, Western and Central Asia as well as 
in Eastern Europe. The broad range of services includes from site 
survey and infrastructure to the implementation and maintenance of 
telecommunications systems. Since 1996, the activities have been 
continuously expanded to include the area of electricity distribution
systems with associated services, renewable energy and internet 
technology.

Deutsche Börse Frankfurt (ISIN: CH0036270582, WKN: A0M92R).
