Amsterdam (ots/PRNewswire) - IFEX Innovation Finance & Equity
Exchange NV ("IFEX NV") today releases its audited Annual Report for
the Financial Year ended December 31 2005.

   (Until 2004 IFEX reported under Dutch Gap. As of this year the
IFEX accounts are based on IFRS. For this reason the comparable 2004
figures are also presented under IFRS.)

   The final accounts show a consolidated profit after tax of EUR 1.6
m (2004: EUR 6.2 m negative). Profit before tax was EUR 3.3 mln; EBIT
was EUR 3.3 m (2004: EUR 6.3 m negative).

   Revenue declined to EUR 6.2 million (2004 EUR 14.5 million). The
decrease was for the most part due to a lower transaction volume then
in 2004.
