InFin Innovative Finance AG: Contract signed with Mars One

The Board of Directors of InFin Innovative Finance AG (Basel, Switzerland) will
execute the previously approved capital increase consisting of all the paid up
shares of Mars One Merchandise Plc (London, United Kingdom) and acquire the
first 3 percent on 7 October 2016 by means of a capital increase against
contribution in-kind. The remaining shares will be subscribed by means of an
additional capital increase against contribution in-kind in an Annual General
Meeting which will take place in November 2016 with shares to be issued at the
prevailing market price at todays date. In total, the shares should be acquired
for a planned valuation of 87 million Euros, which corresponds to a discount of
about 27 % compared with a current company valuation.
