The Company announces that the Board of Directors of The Fantastic Company
AG decided to shift the release of the Annual Financial Report 2013 to 26
May 2014.
In addition, the Company decided to switch its quotation to the General
Standard. A corresponding application was filed today at Frankfurt Stock
Exchange. The Board stated as reason for this move, the nature of the
underlying business operations of the Company, which is strongly affected
by seasonal variations that can barely meet with the quarterly reporting
obligation as required by Prime Standard Regulation. The Company points out
that due to this decision the First Quarter Financial Report 2014 will not
be published. As substitute for this Report, an interim report according to
§ 37x of the German Securities Trading Act ("Wertpapierhandelsgesetz") will
be published at 16 May 2014.
