AI Aviation Coöperatief U.A. is controlled by AI SMS L.P. and AI Aviation Holdings LLC which is also controlled by AI SMS L.P. AI SMS L.P. is controlled by Access Industries Holdings LLC, which in turn is controlled by Access Industries, LLC. Access Industries, LLC is controlled by Len Blavatnik.
