Koblenz (euro adhoc) - February 01, 2013: On December 14, 2012, the Supervisory
Board of CompuGroup Medical AG appointed Frank Gotthardt to the Management Board
for another term in office until 12.31.2017.
The contract was signed at the end of January 2012. On the executive board,
Frank Gotthardt will continue to perform the duties of Chief Executive Officer.
The focus of his tasks lies in the areas of the research and development of
central products, sales development, communication and strategic growth.
Frank Gotthardt has been CGM's CEO since mid-1993, as he became the primary
shareholder of the company. During this period, he developed the company into
one of the world's leading e-health companies with an annual turnover of
approximately 450 million Euros (2012) and an EBITDA of approximately 105
million Euros. Since then, the average annual sales growth has been nearly 20%
and earnings have grown annually by an average of around 21%. The company
currently employs approximately 3,500 highly qualified employees and has
locations in 19 countries worldwide.
