Thomas Zinnöcker possibly leaving the Management Board
The Chief Executive Officer of GSW Immobilien AG, Thomas Zinnöcker, asked the
Supervisory Board to be released from his contractual obligations prematurely at
the close of 15 April 15, 2013 to pursue a new professional opportunity.
The Executive Committee of the Supervisory Board of GSW Immobilien AG has
discussed Thomas Zinnöcker's wish and will recommend to the Supervisory Board to
consent to the amicable termination of the present contract in the upcoming
regular meeting on March 21, 2013. The Supervisory Board will appoint a
successor in the position of the CEO in due time.
