(Vienna, 4th March 2016) - KA Finanz AG, Companies Register number 128283b (KF),
referring to its ad-hoc disclosure of 12 November 2015, herewith notifies that
Standard & Poor's (S&P) Rating Agency today published a rating of "AA-, with a
stable outlook" for the covered bank bonds (public sector covered bonds) listed
below.
The nominal level of over-collateralisation of 28% for the covered bank bonds
listed, based on a voluntary commitment, is maintained without any change, as is
the intended voluntary nominal over-collaterialisation in the range of 10% for
newly issued covered bank bonds.
