Berlin, 1 March 2012. On 1 March 2012, 8am, the Amtsgericht [Local Court]
Charlottenburg instituted insolvency proceedings against the assets of SOLON SE
due to illiquidity and debt overload. The lawyer Rüdiger Wienberg, based in
Berlin, was appointed insolvency administrator. SOLON SE had filed for
insolvency on 13 December 2011.
