NTT Europe Nominated for Best Central & Eastern European Wholesale Carrier at Capacity Awards 2012

NTT Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Communications and the number one Fortune Global 500 telecommunications group, has been nominated for Best Central & Eastern European Wholesale Carrier at the Capacity Awards 2012.

In its 8th consecutive year, these prestigious awards recognize innovation, excellence and vision throughout the global wholesale telecoms marketplace and focusses on the contributions that have excelled in the use, development and deployment of carrier services over the last 12 months.

NTT Europe is committed to developing the CEE IP Transit market. In the last 12 months alone, NTT Europe has extended its Global IP network into the Balkans with PoPs in Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria, and has added further connectivity in Brussels, Milan and Munich. By working with existing market leaders, NTT Europe aims to enhance the market by adding new competition and choice to consumers in this region. In a market as dynamic and fast-growing as CEE, NTT Europe supports the established local operators in delivering a high quality and commercially competitive products.
