Annual & Special Corporate Meetings
Jersey/Vienna, December 3, 2015 - All proposed resolutions on the agenda of the
Annual General Meeting (AGM) of AI Airports International Limited (in
liquidation) ("AI" or the "Company") held yesterday, Wednesday, in Jersey, were
unanimously approved.
As the Articles of Association of AI require that each director shall retire at
each AGM, the current Board of Directors put themselves forward for re-election.
James Shinehouse, Richard Boléat, George Baird and Murdoch McKillop were
re-elected as directors of AI. James Shinehouse was also re-elected to the
position of Managing Director of AI.
In addition, the AGM also approved AI's annual accounts, the directors' report
and the auditor's report for the period January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
BDO Limited, Jersey, was appointed as auditor to the Company.
The Board of Directors has set 15 December 2015 as the target date to complete
the winding up and liquidation of the Company. For the information of its
shareholders and certificate holders, AI intends to post on its web site,
management accounts, consisting of a statement of receipts and payments for the
period from 1 January 2015 through 30 November 2015, and a balance sheet as of
30 November 2015.
