Zug/Switzerland April 18, 2017 - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE), a
leading developer and provider of medical solutions and remote diagnostic
monitoring services in the digital health market, announces that Jinsheng Dong
has informed the company that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of
Directors at the next annual general meeting to be held on April 26, 2017. The
Board of Directors is considering suitable candidates and will inform if and
when appropriate.

The Board of Directors and Management regret this decision and would like to
thank him for his valuable contributions as well as offer him their best wishes
for the future.
