An dieser Generalversammlung sollen die Kandidaten Thomas Rühle und Patrick Schildknecht als Vertreter einer Aktionärsgruppe sowie zwei unabhängige Kandidaten neu in den Verwaltungsrat der LifeWatch AG gewählt werden.
