Neuhausen am Rheinfall / Switzerland - The shareholders of LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE) approved at today´s Extraordinary General Meeting in Zurich the proposal of the Board of Directors for a capital reduction by means of a par value repayment to the shareholders.
