Albis Technologies proves Leadership in Multi-Vendor Interoperability

Switzerland (ots)

Albis Technologies successfully participated in EANTC's public multi-vendor interoperability event and the showcase at the Carrier Ethernet World Congress (CEWC). Interoperability was demonstrated with the ULAF+ ACCEED solution in the fields of Business Access and Mobile Backhaul.

Daniel Berz, Senior Technical Sales Manager of Albis Technologies, who supported the event, says: "This annual multi-vendor test event is one of the rare and valuable opportunities to demonstrate interoperability with different vendor's equipment to our customers, which is one of our key value propositions."

The following tests were the Albis Technologies key topics:

- Ethernet Service Activation: ITU-T Y.1564, built-in traffic generator and analyser

- Ethernet Performance Monitoring ITU-T Y.1731

- Hierarchical Service OAM

- Synchronous Ethernet Source selection via ESMC messaging

- Synchronous Ethernet over Link Aggregation

Further details of the tests and the participating platforms can be found in the Multi-Vendor Interoperability Test White Paper, which can be downloaded at: www.eantc.com/cewc2012
