Appointment of New Trustee
Jersey, 27 July 2011. Atrium European Real Estate Limited ("Atrium") (VSE/
Euronext: ATRS), one of the leading real estate companies focused on shopping
centre investment, management and development in Central and Eastern Europe,
announces that in the bondholders' meeting held today in Vienna the bondholders
of the Medium Term Notes Program 2005 (ISIN: AT0000496641; AT0000492996; and
AT0000496633) PwC Österreich GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft has been
appointed as new trustee for the Medium Term Notes Program 2005 effective as
from today. Meinl Bank AG undertakes to promptly transfer the associated bond
collateral to PwC Österreich GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
