MPC Capital AG - Alexander Betz appointed member of the Management 
Board
Hamburg, Germany, February 25, 2010, MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital 
AG, Hamburg, ISIN DE 0005187603, announces that Management Board 
member Ulrich Oldehaver will resign as member of the Management Board
at his own request and in agreement with the Supervisory Board and 
the Management Board effective March 31, 2010. He will continue to 
provide consultancy services to the company for the foreseeable 
future. The Supervisory Board has appointed Alexander Betz as his 
successor on the Management Board as of April 1st, 2010. Alexander 
Betz is a renowned specialist in the market of alternative 
investments. Due date he will resign from his current position as CEO
of the eFonds Holding AG, which was as well founded by him and will 
commence to its Supervisory Board. The eFonds Holding AG is one of 
today´s leading financial service companies regarding closed-end 
funds.
