Following the expiry yesterday of the extended offer period in the voluntary public cash offer (the "Offer") to acquire all outstanding shares in Profdoc ASA, CompuGROUP Holding AG announces that the conditions for the Offer have not been fulfilled and that the Offer will lapse.
CompuGROUP Holding AG will therefore not acquire the shares accepted in the Offer. Shares accepted for in the Offer which have been transferred to a special blocked VPS account (in accordance with the terms of the acceptance form for the Offer) will thus be transferred back to the respective shareholder's account.
