CompuGROUP Holding AG was able to purchase another subsidiary in the Slovakia in September.  The company initially takes over 10 percent of the Slovakian eHealth-Provider ERUDIS s.r.o. but has secured an option for the purchase of a further 70 percent, which can be effected as of 2009.

In addition, CompuGROUP purchased a 90 percent interest in TipData, a leading provider of hospital information systems for private clinics with their main office in Turkey.  Primarily, the most significant growth markets for established health professionals can be exploited through this further commitment of the company.

Furthermore, through the complete take-over of the ACP IT solutions GmbH as well as the purchase of a majority stake of Gruber ÄDV GmbH in November, the basis for a leading roll in the field of physician information systems in Austria was established.  In the meantime, ACP has changed its name to MedXPert Arztsoftware GmbH.

Likewise in October, CompuGROUP launched its new product solution in cooperation with AOK Hessen with a contract for integrated care (IV), whereby the central instrument is a software module. The purpose of this novel IV- Contract is to improve the care of diabetes patients.

Outlook: targets for the fiscal year of 2007 confirmed
