Aachen - 10 September 2007. Parsytec AG - the world´s leading supplier of surface and web inspection systems for strip products - announces that the company has applied for withdrawal from the Prime Standard.
The Executive Board and Supervisory Board have decided to submit an application for revocation of admission of Parsytec shares to the section of the Regulated Market with additional follow-up obligations (Prime Standard) to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Once the application is accepted, the shares will be listed in the General Standard.
