The main shareholder of Parsytec AG (ISIN DE000A0JQ4J9), Falk Kübler, has notified the company that he has sold today all his 3,000,213 shares, equal to a percentage of 48.57 in the share capital and the voting rights in Parsytec AG to ISRA VISION AG, Darmstadt (ISIN DE0005488100). The purchase price amounts to EUR 5.65 per share.
