Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg Köglmayr, Managing Director and initiator of Leonardo Venture Capital GmbH, the fully liable partner of Leonardo Venture GmbH & Co. KGaA, is resigning from his position as Managing Director with effect from today. He made his decision due to health reasons. In addition to his role as Managing Director he was also Vice Chairman of the investment committee. His functions will be assumed by his fellow Managing Director Hans Jochen Koop.
