In connection with the IPO of CA Immo International AG the over-allotment-option (Greenshoe-Option) comprising of 2,777,711 shares has been exercised in full today by the syndicate banks. The number of free float shares has therefore increased to a total of 21,295,785, resulting in a total free float of 49 %. Therefore, the total IPO primary proceeds raised by CA Immo International amount to EUR287.5m..
